How to Request Account Deletion

Send an Email: To initiate the account deletion process, please send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Heartify Novel account.

Subject Line: Use “Account Deletion Request” as the subject of your email.

Include Necessary Details: In your email, please provide your user name， user id（ME-tap your Profile pic- copy and paste your user id, which starts from digit 6.）and any other relevant information that will help us identify your account.
Important Considerations Before Deleting Your Account
• Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered or restored.
• Loss of Access: You will lose access to all content, including purchased books, bookmarks, and reading history.
• No Refunds: Any purchases made through the app are final, and deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of any expenses incurred on our platform.
• Subscription Cancellations: If you have an active subscription, please ensure that it is canceled before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
• Data Removal: Upon deletion, your personal data and account details will be permanently removed from our databases in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
After You’ve Sent Your Request
• Confirmation Email: Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation email to ensure the security and authenticity of the request.
• Processing Time: The deletion process may take up to 20 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.
• Final Notification: You will receive a final notification email from us once your account has been successfully deleted.
